My Story

After serving 13 years in the Police Force, I retired—a tough and life-changing moment. But through that challenge, I found a new purpose…

....one that still honours my deep drive to help others.

I’ve stepped into a different kind of service—working as a counsellor, supporting those who dedicate their lives to helping us: First responders, frontline workers, and everyday heroes.

I understand the weight of the job, the impact it can have, and how hard it can be to reach out. That’s why I’m here—to offer a space that’s real, safe, and grounded in lived experience.

I’m especially passionate about nature-based therapy—using the healing power of the outdoors to reconnect, ground, and restore.

A Natural Path to Recovery where you can recharge, reconnect and find strength in stillness.

I’m trained in Counselling and Mental Health. I am also trained in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy through the Equine and Animal Assisted Psychotherapy Institute (EAAPI) in Victoria, a nationally recognised training body that integrates ethical, evidence-based mental health practices with safe and respectful equine partnerships.

My approach combines traditional counselling skills with nature-based methods and experiential therapies, offering clients a grounded, compassionate, and hands-on path to healing.

Whether through talk therapy, walk and talk sessions, in the garden, or working alongside horses, I provide a space where people can feel supported, seen, and empowered in their mental health journey.
